GYMRACE London 2026 is really about to begin! The climax of your months of preparation. You’ve got this!
To ensure you have an unforgettable day that goes smoothly, we’ve summarised the most important information for you below.
Start time and e-ticket
Double-check your start time on your e-ticket via your personal GYMRACE profile. Bring a printed copy of your ticket with you to the event or download it onto your phone at home beforehand.
Arrive 60 minutes early (at least)
We recommend that you arrive at least 60 minutes before your start time. Make sure you’re ready at the starting area 10 minutes before your start.
Buy your parking ticket online at a discount
Are you travelling by car? If so, we recommend buying your parking ticket in advance online via our ticket shop. This allows you to get a discount compared to the on-the-day price at the venue and ensures a smoother entry. The online discount is valid until Thursday 8 October at 23:59.

Know the course. Own the race.
Below you’ll find the map of your race course. Know the route. Make your game plan. Decide where you’re going to push yourself. That way, you’ll arrive at the start well prepared.
Stairs are part of the race
As you can already see from the map above, the workout zones are located in Drumsheds on the first floor of this former IKEA store. The running circuit is on the ground floor. You’ll therefore be climbing stairs several times during your race. Make sure to factor this into your race plan.
Rulebook & judges
Take the time to read the rulebook thoroughly. If you know the rules, you can race with confidence and give it your all on the course.
During the event, judges will be on hand to guide, support and, where necessary, correct you. For some workouts, AI counters are used to assist the judges.
Uitslagen
Your finishing time will be displayed immediately on the screen at the finish line. Your final time and split times will then also be published on the Results & Records page on this website.

The GYMRACE map!
You don't have to memorise the entire map below. The route is clearly marked. Make sure you do the different zones in the correct order. At all 5 zones, there is an inflatable arch with a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
Your GYMRACE start! ⤵️
After the starting signal, you will immediately start the first 1 km run (2 laps of 500 metres) outside the START in the outdoor running zone 🏃
You will enter the hall and go to ‘inflatable arch 1’. There you will do the following:
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗜 - 𝟱𝟬𝗺 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵 immediately followed by 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗜𝗜 - 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀.
After the Wall Balls, leave the workout zone and follow the arrows until you are back outside for the next 1 km run. Then go back inside, this time to ‘inflatable arch 2’, where you do workout III and IV.
Follow the above system until you reach ‘inflatable arch 5’. After the Burpee Broad Jumps and final sprint, you will reach your epic finish! 🏁

Rules and judges:
Read through the rulebook again beforehand. This will allow you to race without any inhibitions. If you have any questions, you can ask them on site. There will also be judges to guide you during your race. Some parts will be tested with ‘AI-judges’.
Are there prizes and results lists?
At the finish line, you will see your time on the clock. This will later be posted online on the Your Results page. Prizes are available for the winners in the HEAVY categories. No matter which category you compete in, it's all about your personal performance! The most important thing is that you show up at the start.
