• 12:40 Women Relay
Check-in, materials and relay zone
Each team member gets their own wristband at check-in. Your team captain gets rewarded with the timing chip during check-in. Take a look at the map to see where the Relay start area is located. In London the Relay zone is located next to the stairs in the outside area. Please ensure to be there, race-ready with your team at least 10 minutes in advance. You can bring your own water bottle to the relay zone.

Race format
The race is divided into segments. Each segment consists of a 1 km run followed by a zone. The first athlete starts the race by running the first 1 km and completes zone 1. Upon finishing the zone, the athlete must head to the relay zone and transfer the timing chip to the next athlete. There, the next athlete begins with the second 1km run and continues into zone 2, etc. Take your time to read the rulebook thoroughly.
Weights & divisions
• Male and mixed teams use the men solo weights.
• Female teams use the women's solo weights.
Relay changes
All relay changes must take place within the designated relay zone. Only the next active athlete is permitted to be in this zone. Participants may only start their leg of the race once they have received the timing chip from the previous runner and secured it around their ankle.
Finish
Only the last athlete does the final sprint towards the podium. The rest of the team gathers around the finish and in the recovery zone. Full speed ahead to the finish line! Your finishing time will be displayed immediately on the screen at the finish line. Your final time and split times will then also be published on the Results & Records page on this website.
