Below you’ll find the map of your race course. Know the route. Make your game plan. Decide where you’re going to push yourself. That way, you’ll arrive at the start well prepared. You can also find the Relay start on the map below. Share the map with your support crew!

The run
The 1K run consist of one lap of 1000M, mostly outdoors. Please keep right as much as possible, so faster runners can pass. Take a close look at the map above to see how to run after leaving a station. There's a drink possibility at every run.

Rulebook & judges
Take the time to read the rulebook thoroughly. If you know the rules, you can race with confidence and give it your all on the course.
During the event, judges will be on hand to guide, support and, where necessary, correct you. For some workouts, AI counters are used to assist the judges.

In the Heavy categories, competitors are racing for victory, so the standards and judging are stricter than in the standard categories.

Bring your supporters along
Spectators give you wings! They are welcome with a spectator ticket you can buy in our ticket shop or at the check-in on the day of the event. Young people under 18 get in for free.

A limited number of tickets are available to prevent overcrowding and overburdened facilities. This ensures that all participants and spectators have a positive and safe experience.

Come to the event in ready-to-race clothing
Wear something you feel comfortable and confident in, and which is nice and breathable. We recommend shorts and a short-sleeved or sleeveless top. Choose running shoes that are comfortable and offer sufficient stability. Avoid shoes with too much cushioning, as these are less stable during workouts such as the Wall Balls.

Bag drop
Bring a small sports bag with clothes for after your race. You can leave this in the secured wardrobe area. This is included in your ticket. If applicable, share a bag with your buddy or a relay team member. This helps prevent overcrowding in the wardrobe area and makes it easier to find your belongings afterwards. There are also a limited number of locker available at the site.

Hydration is key
Make sure to drink plenty of water the days before your race and bring a water bottle to the event so you can keep drinking throughout. This will help you stay focused right up to your warm-up, recover more quickly after the finish, and ensure you’re well prepared for the journey home. You’ll also come across water stations during the race and after the finish.

Catering
There are plenty of places outside of the venue where you can buy food and refreshments.
