Tips for your gym
1. Schedule one or more prep-events at your gym.
Think of a workout that includes the first or second half of GYMRACE, or a training session that covers all GYMRACE elements, but with 500m runs instead of 1000m. You could also focus on technique and execution of the different elements. Maybe you even have members who can boost the experience by taking great photos or DJ-ing? Below you will find a GYMRACE trainer video with tips for a GYMRACE class.
2. Build up to the event together with a group chat:
Share training updates, start times, photos and results. Fun and motivating to keep each other sharp. On race day, share photos and finish times together.
3. Go to the event together and experience it as a team.
Members, friends and family who aren’t competing are still welcome to cheer. Use WhatsApp or your community app to build excitement together.
